Rebecca Ellerbeck

Rebecca Ellerbeck is a Senior Associate Solicitor in Rowberrys’ Employment Team.

Rebecca is highly experienced advising both individual employees and employers across all areas of employment law matters.

Rebecca trained at a City firm before spending 10 years working for a top regional practice advising both individual employees and businesses across the entire spectrum of employment law matters.  Rebecca then moved to a large international company based in London where she provided strategic employment and HR advice to key stakeholders and HR directors.

Rebecca’s expertise expands over a broad range of industries and sectors and she has advised both small owner-managed businesses through to large blue chip companies as well as charities and the voluntary sector. Rebecca’s practice encompasses both non-contentious and contentious matters, and Rebecca has a great deal of experience in handling Employment Tribunal claims, ranging from unfair dismissal through to lengthy discrimination and whistleblowing cases, including conducting advocacy at hearings.

Rebecca has devised and delivered workshops and seminars bespoke to organisational needs.

Rebecca has been described by clients as providing strategic and pragmatic advice.  She has a no-nonsense approach and always tries to find the right solution for her client.  She has been praised for the clear and concise nature of her advice and for alleviating the stress in complex matters.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her three young children, and in the little spare time she has left, she enjoys music and Pilates.

Rebecca is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
